Eyerax Technologies specializes in custom software development, mobile application engineering, enterprise cloud solutions (ERP, CRM, HRM, Billing), and professional web development. All projects are subject to individual Service Level Agreements (SLA) and technical project scope definitions signed prior to project deployment.
Unless explicitly outlined in a custom client contract, all core codebases, algorithmic framework components, UI/UX conceptual architectures, and software modules developed by Eyerax Technologies remain the exclusive intellectual property of Eyerax Technologies. Upon full financial settlement, clients are granted a comprehensive license to run the specific software deployment for their designated business use cases.

Eyerax Technologies strives to maintain maximum uptime and bug-free compilation across our deployed solutions. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eyerax Technologies shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or operational data loss resulting from unauthorized system breaches or server outages hosted on third-party cloud architectures.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any technical disputes arising from the use of our services will be settled primarily via mutually amicable commercial mediation before pursuing formal statutory arbitration procedures.
